Product Operations Manager

What you will do

  • Develop and optimize operational processes to support the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.


  • Collaborate with product managers to define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success.


  • Work with data and engineering teams to implement reporting dashboards and insights for decision-making.


  • Manage and improve product communication workflows, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and client support manager.


  • Oversee tooling and systems used in product management to enhance efficiency.


  • Identify bottlenecks in product delivery and propose scalable solutions.


  • Support release management, coordinating launch activities across teams.


  • Gather feedback from client and internal teams to inform product strategy.


  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process evaluation and innovation.
