Client Support Manager

What you will do
Lead, mentor, and manage the client support team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Develop and implement client service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor client interactions and provide guidance to improve service quality.
Analyze client feedback and support metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Handle complex client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to enhance client experience.
Train and onboard new support team members.
Utilize CRM and support tools to streamline operations and maintain records.
