Client Support Manager

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the client support team to ensure high performance and engagement.


  • Develop and implement client service policies, procedures, and best practices.


  • Monitor client interactions and provide guidance to improve service quality.


  • Analyze client feedback and support metrics to drive continuous improvement.


  • Handle complex client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to enhance client experience.


  • Train and onboard new support team members.


  • Utilize CRM and support tools to streamline operations and maintain records.
