What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the engineering team to drive high-quality, innovative solutions that deliver exceptional results.


  • Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.


  • Oversee product development, managing the entire lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.


  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technology systems and infrastructure.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to align technology with company-wide initiatives and objectives.


  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes to enhance the team’s productivity and product quality.


  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on tech trends, innovation, and business opportunities.


  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and growth within the technology team.
